The following questions are optional, but answers are appreciated. This information is confidential. We use it to determine if some groups within the community are being impacted more strongly than others by a given project or initiative. It will also allow us to identify and adapt to shifts in community demographics.
Reports will be generated that identify groups within the community based on demographic data and responses to polls, surveys, etc. These reports will not contain any personally identifiable information, and will help inform the Board of Directors and CSD staff during a projects' planning and decision-making processes.
