Phase one included 4 locations:
- Cumberland Hill
- Stirrup way west of Territory Way
- Two locations on lower Deertrail
The project was put out for competitive bidding and received two proposals. Alcorn Fence Company was the low bidder at $114,804.74. Phase 1 was completed in November 2019.
